Who would you pick as the top mlm company?

There are a lot of really good mlm companies around today to work with.  But which one would you consider to be your pick as the top mlm company? I always wondered how people determined what they considered to be their top mlm pick.  Interestingly enough, most of the time people choose their top picks based on the amount of money they brought in or think they can make.

Now I’m not saying that’s a bad thing when you are picking a top mlm company.  In reality, most people are working with an mlm company to make money.  And not a little bit of money, but a good amount of money, something that can pay the bills.  But is that really the only reason to consider a company to be the top mlm?  There several other things you are going to want to take into consideration. I for one believe that a top mlm company would be pretty well known in their industry.  What do I mean by that? I mean if the mlm company that you are working for sells green engines, then they should be the leading mlm company dealing with the distribution or selling of green engines.  When you hear anything about green engines or environmentally safe engines, you should automatically think of company X and not their competitor.

Then the mlm company should offer you the ability to receive free training.  They should be prepared to equip you with all the tools you need to ensure that you are successful. This would include providing support for your needs around the clock.  It would also include providing support for you down line as well.  And yes, a top mlm company would offer that support, as a matter of fact it would be one of its major selling points. 

Another factor that I believe would be the sign of a top company would be their ability to assist you in creating your down line.  This would put them light years ahead of those companies that don’t offer that type of assistance.  Providing you with active websites that are free and available around the globe will ensure that your down line grows rapidly.  This would definitely make a company with these extras a top pick for me.

What makes a Mlm Company a
Top Mlm Company?

I was pondering this topic over with a friend the other day.  We both happen to be working full time in what we consider a top MLM Company and so we were talking about how lately we’ve been seeing that a lot of our friends, family and colleagues are getting out of the corporate scene and starting their own homebased businesses.  Most of them are college graduates with not just undergraduate degrees but also graduate degrees.  They seem to find themselves at a cross road with the way the current economy and job market has been going lately with lots of layoffs, cut backs going on everywhere.

So we’re talking about all of this and the fact that we had a friend lose his job, been searching for over three months without finding anything before, he decided to take a chance with a mlm company.  Now the company isn’t well known, but they’ve been around for quite a while as far as mlm companies go, probably about seven or eight years now.  He got started and when he told us about it we did the typical, here we go – what are you going to sell us now, kind of stare?  Well turns out he was a distributor for a large item that most small businesses would use.  Nothing on a personal level for us, but it got us talking about what a top mlm company might look like to us.

So we start talking about what we would look for that would make us consider a top notch mlm company for us.  Of course we probably all unanimously agreed that we would want to work for an mlm company because of the residual income opportunities they offer and one that didn’t require us to really have to sell anything.  A little unrealistic, yes, but we were talking about what we considered for a top mlm company.  You know something more on the ideal side, but then we got down to it and this is what we came up with.

When we thought about what a top mlm company would be, we thought they should have a product that was considered in high demand; a product that would pretty much sell itself when someone would mention it.  A company that was well branded basically, then we wanted to have a low start up cost.  Nothing outrageous, because we are clear that there are going to be some out of pocket cost associated with such a business.  And then of course we wanted a commission based plan plan that offers the ability to make money all the way down to twelve levels of person coming in under your down line, which is called a 2×12 matrix which offers a good residual income.

This would be the ideal top mlm company to work for and yes,  we finally found one with all the criteria listed above but this one is over 20 years old and what’s even better still is the fact that basically it’s a new startup which is awesome in itself but when the parent company is over 20 years you have the stability that everyone is seeking with a top mlm company.
