What is the best way to recruit for MLM Companies?

The best way to recruit is not to recruit at all. It is to have interested prospects come to you. This is usually done using some type of marketing system that lets candidates prequalify themselves. I’m using mass email marketing and have been for years. To me this is the most consistant form of recruiting that I have ever used because people usually come to me on a daily basis by way of email or IM but usually I get a direct phone call. It’s important to make yourself available to everyone including new prospects or members that you have sponsored already as much as possible.

Another way is by word of mouth. This is the cheapest form of marketing yet many people just starting out have a hard time with this because most people want to join with someone that is already successful and that’s can be hard when just starting out in the world of MLM.

The first step is to have a legitimate marketing system and one that is free for all members to use and includes all kinds of different ways to market on and offline.

This must also consist of a complete training system, even for the beginner or so called "newbie". This is extremely important.

I also feel that anything the company offers, be it websites, training, marketing systems and even leads, should be for free. It’s so important that when the new members come in that their total cost is at a minimum and this way they will be more apt to stay in longer and their success ratio automatically increases.

Let’s be real, the company is already making enough money on products that they shouldn’t be nichel and diming you every step of the way for every additional thing that you may need to be successfull in the business.

Most people have a bad perception of MLM companies. However if they look at it Mary Kay and Avon they think these companies are legit, while they are MLM themselves. (pretty ironic isn’t it…) There are a ton of well known companies out there that you already know about that have a MLM commission structure, many are traded on the stock exchange and you think they are a regular brick and mortar businesses, and this list is huge.

What are the 3 important points for the success in MLM Business Opportunity?

Believe in the opportunity, share it with people on a consistent basis every day, stick with it for a minimum of 18- 24 months.

Believe in the opportunity. Share it with people because it will benefit them, NOT you. MLM has a bad name because many people spend all their time recruiting, and not enough time training and helping to develop their recruits businesses. If your a good sponsor your job does NOT end when they sign up with you.

If you assure them success, you should help them get started so they don’t feel all alone. Keep this mentality and you will be successful in any mlm company. You need the best upline support available and you must be available to help your downline every step of the way. Your company needs to offer mentoring and extensive training.

I work hard to see that everyone in my organization finds success, if they want it…I work with them to get them on their way, and if I can’t answer a question, I find someone who can. My group keeps in communication by using IM’s, daily opportunity and training calls, so someone is always there.

You need a solid belief in your product. Not just thinking the product is pretty good and that some could use it, you need to show passion for it. You need to feel that everyone needs your product and be sure that you share it’s benefits with everyone and you will be a mlm sponsoring magnet.
