What to look for when looking for
extra income opportunities

There are lots of great ways available today for one to find extra income opportunities on the internet.  I’m sure you are probably thinking that I’m a little out of touch with things seeing that every time we turn around we hear that we are headed for the recession in our history. But let me assure you, I am not crazy. There are tons of extra income opportunities out there in cyberspace just waiting to be stumbled upon.

So where do you start you may ask. Well I say why not start with something you know.  What I mean by that is if you are good at something, say for instance marketing, then you would look for opportunities in internet marketing. You would want to find companies looking to hire someone on a freelance type level or as a contractor to handle some of their marketing projects. Most likely these will be smaller companies or private businesses. Or if you are good at sales, then you would look for a company whose products you would enjoy selling and go from there.

Looking for extra income opportunities

I have an acquaintance who asked me the other day if I knew of any extra income opportunities around.  Now being that we are acquaintances he didn’t really know about what I did for a living.  So I smiled and said to him that I might have an opportunity or two that he might be interested in that could earn him some extra income working from his home.

He was more than eager to hear it, being that the economy wasn’t the greatest for him to find a decent part-time job and he didn’t really want to be away from his family any more than he had to.  So I began to talk to him about different opportunities that I knew of to try and get a feel for what exactly he was looking for as extra income opportunities.  As we talked further, I asked him what he thought about multi level marketing and to my surprise he seemed opened to the idea.

Well he listened as I corrected a lot of the preconceived ideas he had.  After that he wanted to know of any companies that he could join up that weren’t selling make-up or lip stick.  I laughed and told him of one particular company that has been around for a little while, about 20 years or so.  And after clarifying that while they do sell a line of beauty items, they also sell household and health items, he seemed very excited.
