My criteria for multi level marketing companies

For most people who work for multi level marketing companies can’t say enough good things about them.  I have found that every now and then you may run into one or two individuals that don’t have anything nice to say about the companies that they worked for.  But generally that is far and few in between.  I have found that I’m generally not alone in my enthusiasm in regards to working with multi level companies.  So what’s so great about them?  What makes me such a positive Polly regarding them?  I’ll share some of the things with you.

For starters, you have to know that I am very selective with the multi level marketing companies that I choose.  I don’t just pick up any old one.  And I most certainly do not pick the first company that comes along.  I do my homework on each company that I might be considering.  And let me tell you, I start with a ton of them normally its closer to 20.  Then I begin to weed them out.  I start with the companies that have been around for less than five years, then 10, then 20 and so on and so forth.  If I manage to still have a decent size stack of companies, I will do my level two disqualification step.  I will look at the companies business practices. 

This is important to me because I want to know how they treat their customers as well as how they treat their employees.  I search for those individuals who are unhappy.  And when I say search, I mean it.  I can sometimes spend an entire day doing a search on one company.    I look for the blogs and chat rooms that talk about the various multi level companies around.  I look to see who is happy and who isn’t.  From that I can get a pretty good feel of what kind of company I may be dealing with. 

While I have several other qualifying or disqualifying steps, I like to look at the product to see if it’s something that I myself would purchase.  If it’s not, then I’m not going to be comfortable selling the product, much less putting my name to it.  And then there is the compensation.  If they don’t have at least a three level compensation plan, I’m not going to want to bring a down line under that.  I will always look for the multi level marketing companies that offer at least a two level compensation plan.  These are just a some of my criteria for choosing a multi level company.  Feel free to use them; they may be helpful to you.  See my personal list of recommended multi level marketing companies.
